Fortunato are a four-piece alternative rock band based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, with their own unique dark yet powerful dreamy sound.
The band’s live highlights include gigs at venues such as the Cambridge Junction and The Apex in Bury St Edmunds. As well as local headline shows, the band have supported 'Blaenavon' on their in-store album tour, 'SuperGlu' (R&L BBC Introducing Headliners) to a sold-out crowd, and more recently played alongside Sheffield's 'RedFaces' at the legendary John Peel Centre.
Previous releases include EP 'Under Your Teeth' as well as recent singles 'Angel' and 'Black Laces (What Are You Waiting For)'
‘Black Laces’ (released March 2016) builds upon the melancholic yet powerful sound, featuring layered harmonies and grandeur guitar tones. It was recorded with Matty Moon (Previously worked with Bloody Knees/Lonely The Brave). 'Angel' lyrically touches upon personal acceptance and challenging gender roles.

Under Your Teeth EP Reviews
"Lyrically delicate and rich in imagery, against a brash, heavier instrumental sonic palette, this is a mature and complex offering from the Bury quintet." - Jack Stevens/Sounds Like The Music Blog (Read the full review here)
“…drawling guitars, seductive vocals and crashing drums, the individual talents of the musicians culminate in an elegant, fluid, but alluringly gritty sound.” – The Indiependant (Read the full review here)
