REGISTRATION

It’s easy to register at the competition website - www.mycitycompetitions.com. There is a small registration fee of GBP10 (or national currency equivalent) which is processed securely using PayPal and can be paid using all major credit and debit cards.

SUBMISSION

Registered entrants are invited to submit a maximum of three photographs per entry.  Photographs should be a JPEG or TIFF with maximum size of 2400 x 1800 pixels (portrait or landscape orientation) and can easily be uploaded through the competition website at www.mycitycompetitions.com.

Each day is a new beginning in the city. The rising sun invites us to prepare ourselves for the possibilities of the coming day, encouraging us towards optimism and a joy of life. In the early hours all things are possible - it is the marginal zone where dreams can become reality. In this competition round we invite you to explore in photography this special time of day in the city, and to show us your best and most interesting images on the theme of ‘The City Rises’.
