In the vaulted ceiling great room you will find a Large Flat Screen Google TV with Netflix & Cable. Wireless Internet is available throughout the house. The kitchen area of the great room has all new fixtures and appliances. Granite counter-tops add life and beauty to this area. There is a dining table across the room with a view of the ocean.

Bella Casa Vista has two elegant balconies facing the ocean with views of the Rio Del Mar Beach. The is also a balcony above the patio. The patio has an artistic seahorse wall with an outdoor shower and a Weber BBQ.
You won't have far to walk to the beach! just 2 minutes to Rio Del Mar beach. There are restaurants and cafes and a market on the esplanade as well.

Rio Del Mar beach is 7-miles long. There is a foot bridge from the village across Aptos Creek that will take you to Seacliff State Park Beach. You can't miss the famous cement ship. Picnic tables gazebos,barbecue pits, and even a snack bar(seasonal) are available. Take a bike ride about 10 min to the beautiful Forest of Nisene Marks State Park. With over 30 miles of trails, hiking, jogging and biking along trails,streams and small waterfalls. Picnic tables and barbecue pits here as well. Within a 5-minute drive from the Bella Casa Vista, is the historic village of Aptos with the famous Bayview Hotel and Restaurant. Also check out the Britannia Arms excellent fish and chips. the menu here is authentic and hard to choose from it all looks so good. Cozy atmosphere with stone fireplaces, game room and frequent live music. Sushi on the Run makes fresh Sushi to order, and Manuels Mexican Restaurant on Center at the entrance to Seacliff St Beach Park has specialized in serving wonderful Red Snapper for years!! Do not miss the hole in the wall for breakfast. The omelets are amazing!
