BIOGRAPHY

Enrique Vega was born in Sonora; Mexico, in 1983. 

He began his career in photography at the age of 17 as a photographic assistant to a local photographer in Sonora.

Since earning a Bachelors Degree in Communication from the Autonomous University of Baja California, Enrique Vega has been working as a photographer in Mexico as well as abroad. 

He studied portrait at the Academy of Visual Arts in Mexico City, the Speos Photographic Institute in Paris, and the School of Visual Arts and the International Center of Photography in New York City.

He works constantly on the plus size board of top modeling agencies in New York City and Miami like Ford, Wilhelmina, Images, Dorothy Combs and many others.

He also was the winner of the Kelly Cutroune photo contest organized by TALENTHOUSE to be part of an elite team of photographers working on Mercedez Benz Fashion Week in New York City.

His work has been featured in TV shows like America's Next Top Model and in magazines around the world.

He is currently based in New York City.
