Welcome parents and dancers of WDX! 

 
Here you will find some resources to assist you with anything you might have questions with. Any addtional questions can be emailed to us.

Registration & Dues

Junior Company (ages 6-11): $30/month
Intermediate Company (ages 12-16): $35/month

Senior Company (ages 17 and up): $40/month

All members will also be required to pay a refundable $50 fundraising deposit. This deposit will be returned once all fundraising initiatives have been met.

All members will also be required to pay a $100 ticket deposit which entitles the members to 5 tickets at premium seating. 

Dance wear

Within a month after registration we ask that the dancer have proper dance attire consisting of a black body suit, beige tights, black dance shoes and of course no jewellery and hair should be tied back off the face and neck.

Merch available:

• Black t-shirts with WDX logo - $15
• Black tank top with WDX logo - $15
• Black dance shorts with WDX logo - $20

Personalized Dance wear:

• Jogging pants are available in a variety of colours with the WDX logo on the left hip. With your name printed down the left leg, cost is $40.
• Hoodies are available in a variety of colours with the logo on the back. With the name stitched on the left chest and arm, cost is $40.

Fundraising

Upon registration, members are required to pay a $50 fundraising fee. It is required that dancers sell a minimum of 4 tickets each for the fall fundraiser. If all goals have been met, the dancer/parent will receive the full deposit back on December 8th, 2012. Ticket sales are due by October 20th, 2012. No partial deposits are dispensed.

Workshops & Technique Class

WDX is constantly looking for new ways to further the dancers training, expand their horizons and give them more opportunity for growth. We are currently working on arranging free workshops to members on the first Friday in every month focusing on dance, theatre, make-up, improve, backstage, etc.

We also offer technique classes at only $5/class every Wednesday to offer each dancer the chance to build on their basics and apply it to all their rehearsals making them better dancers. These are not mandatory. We just want to offer as many learning experiences as possible.
