During technique, we will go back to the building blocks of the body to make them stronger. This is where all of our movement comes from, making us better and more technical dancers. There will be barre work, across the floor exercises, and combinations all while learning to have better feet, extension, posture, balance, turns and jumps.
Classes on hold for the summer.
